Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer, born August 4, 1981 is an American actor. She is most famous for her performance in the film The Haunting of Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful and This Is Where I Leave You and for roles in television show Angela's Eyes Mad Men Hawthorne and Suits. Amantha is the lead in Rectify which is a Sundance Channel Drama Series. Abigail Leigh Spencer has worked on television and film. Her most well-known work was in her role in the drama show Rectify, as well as in the science fiction show Timeless. Gulf Breeze Florida native made her acting debut in All My Children. The soap drama All My Children earned the actress an award by the soap Opera Digest as the Best Female newcomer. The next couple of years she was mostly a guest actor in several TV shows. The most well-known was her role as the character of Dr. Erin Jameson, in the show Hawthorne. Slowly with the help of her stunning looks and impressive acting skills she managed to build a large of her. Her film debut came when she was around 20 and was playing a role in the film Campfire Stones. Jekyll This Means War & Chasing Mavericks were among her previous films. Her role in Beautiful Now was recognized with a Madrid International Film Festival Award. Her most recent work in TV has been in the leading role of history professor Lucy Preston in the sci-fi television series Timeless. Spencer has been nominated for the Teen Choice Award after her appearance on the show received praise from critics.
